Lamprais – Fish

Flavours of a bygone era wrapped in a banana leaf, made fresh with carefully sourced ingredients. Consisting of heirloom rice cooked in stock, a frikkadel, batu moju (eggplant), seeni (onion) sambal, ash plantain, a fried whole egg and fish curry.
